Expect to
pay somewhere between high hundreds to low thousands for the office
visits and long-term storage.
You're in RLT right? So go and try to make the most of it! You can't
learn about yourself how well you're going to survive in public if you're
always holed up in your room next to the glow of your monitors. (OK, so
I don't take my own advice, but...) Seriously, the point of RLT is to
run a full-on test to let you know if you are compatible in the Real World
in your new gender role. Take chances, expand your horizons, don't be
afraid to get hurt. Of course, use common sense to not get yourself in
too much hot water, but try to really get a sense of who you are.
Remember: if you want to turn back now's the best time to do it.
Transition takes so much time
and personal energy that you may feel just tired after a while. Free
time gets sucked up by electrolysis appointments and surgeries put you
out of commission for weeks! Enjoy your free time while you can!
